Michael Osbourne - President & CEO
Michael Osbourne has worked in the high technology industry for more than 20 years. During his 10 years with the Eastman Kodak Company he worked in all areas of manufacturing including electronics assembly and product development of high technology devices in consumer electronics, medical products, and industrial products. He also spent five years at Ferrofluidics Corp. in their semiconductor equipment business areas of product development, manufacturing, sales and customer service, eventually becoming business unit manager with P&L responsibility for the division. During this time Michael traveled extensively in Asia as business manager responsible for sales and field service support. Michael joined e2E Corporation in January 2001 (acquired by Plexus in September 2001) as regional manager of the east coast offices. In September 2003 he co-founded JMD International, Inc., an engineering services provider.
Richard St. Pierre - Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Richard St. Pierre has more than 30 years experience in technical sales and marketing in diverse industries such as military/aerospace, telecommunications, computer, industrial, medical, semi-conductor, and several EMS providers. Richard was Global Account Manager at Hadco Corporation for a major computer company. In this position, he traveled extensively throughout North America, South America, and Europe. A founder of e2E Corporation, Richard was responsible for sales and marketing of this PCB layout and Signal Integrity company. The company was acquired by Plexus less than a year after the incorporation at a substantial profit. In September 2003, he co-founded JMD International, Inc., an engineering services provider.
Joseph Socha - CTO
Joseph Socha graduated Merrimack College with a BSEE in 1980. As an engineer, Joe designed equipment for computer systems, robotics, oceanography, and control systems. Over the last 15 years, he has specialized in Signal Integrity, Timing Analysis and High-Speed design. During this time, Joe has gained expertise in EDA methodologies for High-Speed design, IBIS models, and Circuit and Topology simulation. As a consultant, his expertise has been sought by a variety of small and large companies. Prior to becoming a principle in Sedona International, Joe managed the Signal Integrity group for Plexus. Joe has presented talks at several IBIS summits, IPC event and PCB West. In September 2003, he co-founded JMD International, Inc., an engineering services provider.
Leo Garza - Vice President
Leo is a co-founder of Sedona International, Inc. and founder of Sedona Board Services (SBS) which merged with JMD International, Inc. to form Sedona International, Inc. Leo is an expert PCB designer with over 25 years experience in engineering, software, and layout. Before starting SBS in 2001, he provided consulting services in PCB layout, training for layout and schematic capture, system environment setup, and custom software design. During his 13-year employment at Motorola, Leo worked closely as a PCB designer with onsite manufacturing to develop quality design standards for very high volume production. In his career at Motorola, he was also responsible for manufacturing outsourcing, design team management, standards and procedures creation, system administration on Unix, software team management, and workflow/process automation.
Lawrence Muzerall - Director of Business Development
With a degree in Computer Science, and 30 years in the electronics industry, Larry has held several positions as Engineering Services Manager for companies in the military/aerospace, FDA-regulated medical equipment and industrial controls arenas. Larry has walked both lines of OEM and CM, and previously led the North East Design Center for Sanmina-SCI over a seven year period. Working on the side of the CM, Larry has been successful with managing the tenuous transition of outsourcing engineering projects including multiple aspects of product realization from electrical engineering to mechanical engineering through prototyping and production support.
